Abstract
Todos los funcionarios del Banco, sin excepción, tienen el deber ineludible de contribuir eficazmente a la protección del patrimonio moral y económico de aquél, mediante la información oportuna al Presidente del Banco o su delegado, en forma anónima o personalizada, a elección del funcionario, de todo acto, hecho, práctica o actividad, de otro u otros funcionarios o de terceras personas, que de alguna manera sea contrario a los valores esenciales del Banco.
All Bank employees, without exception, have the inescapable duty to contribute effectively to the protection of the moral and economic patrimony of the Bank, through timely information to the Bank President or his delegate, in anonymous or personalized manner, at the election of the official, of any act, fact, practice or activity, of another or other officials or of third parties, that in any way is contrary to the essential values of the Bank.
