Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la satisfacción laboral (SL) y los valores organizacionales (VO) de los colaboradores de la empresa Southern Peaks Mining. El estudio fue correlacional y de diseño transversal, con un muestreo no probabilístico exhaustivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 51 trabajadores de la empresa del rubro minero Southern Peaks Mining en el departamento de Lima, se aplicaron dos cuestionarios, en cuanto a la Satisfacción laboral se utilizó la escala de Satisfacción Laboral de Palma (2005).
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and the organizational values of the employees of the company Southern Peaks Mining.
