Abstract
Una de las neoplasias más comunes en las féminas peruanas es el cáncer de
cuello uterino (CCU), superando incluso al cáncer de mama. Por otro lado, su
incidencia, constituye uno de los grandes problemas de salud pública en
nuestro país. La aparición de este tipo de cáncer se da por múltiples factores,
siendo los principales: la genética y el estilo de vida. Generalmente, esta
neoplasia se manifiesta clínicamente con sangrado y secreciones vaginales de
forma irregular, anómalo, dolor al momento del coito y, en etapas avanzadas
pueden existir vómitos, edemas, pérdida de peso, obstrucción intestinal, entre
otros. Actualmente, existen múltiples formas para eliminar o controlar el cáncer
de Cérvix, como intervenciones quirúrgicas, pruebas de detección y
tratamientos que permiten abordar esta problemática con el fin de disminuir la
mortalidad.
El presente trabajo académico permitirá elaborar un plan de cuidados de
enfermería de manera individual a una paciente que se encuentra hospitalizado
en el servicio de Medicina, de la Clínica Oncosalud diagnosticada con cáncer
de cuello uterino y con antecedentes de displasia o neoplasias intraepiteliales
del cérvix (NIC).
Por lo tanto, la finalidad de presente trabajo clínico es mejorar la calidad de los
aspectos psicológicos como parte de los cuidados de enfermería holística que
deben brindar las enfermeras oncológicas.
Dicho estudio se ha realizado en tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo se hace
referencia al marco teórico, en el cual se desarrollará el tema del cáncer del
cuello uterino, educación e intervención de enfermería. En el Capítulo II se
llevará a cabo la aplicación del proceso de enfermería, en donde se desplegará
la valoración por dominios, taxonomía NANDA, formulación de diagnóstico de
enfermería y plan de cuidados NIC, NOC e intervenciones apoyadas en la
teoría de enfermería de Afaf Ibrahim Meleis. Y, en el último Capítulo se nombra conclusiones y recomendaciones, seguidas por las referencias bibliográficas
según Vancouver, así como los anexos.

Generally, this neoplasm manifests clinically with abnormal vaginal bleeding, unusual vaginal discharge, and pain during sexual intercourse; and in advanced stages there may be vomiting, edema, weight loss, bowel obstruction, among others. Currently, there are multiple ways to eliminate or control cancer or uterine cervix, such as surgery, This academic work will develop a care plan individualized nursing a patient admitted to hospital service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN), diagnosed with cervical cancer and a history of dysplasia or intraepithelial neoplastic of the cervix (NIC). Therefore, the objective of this case report is to improve the quality of the psychological aspects as part of holistic nursing care that should provide oncology nurses. This study was conducted in three chapters. Chapter I refers to the theoretical framework in which the issue of cervical cancer, education and nursing intervention will take place. In Chapter II the application of the nursing process, where the valuation domains, taxonomy NANDA, formulation nursing diagnosis and care plan NIC, NOC and supported interventions in nursing theory of Afaf Ibrahim will be deployed will be held Meleis. And, in Chapter III we mention the conclusions and recommendations, references according to Vancouver and annexes.
