Abstract
El objetivo de la presente tesis de investigación fue determinar la relación entre los factores que influyen en la efectividad de la capacitación, el desempeño laboral y las características sociodemográficas de los trabajadores del Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular-EsSalud en el período 2015.
La investigación fue de tipo aplicada. El nivel fue descriptivo y correlacional, ya que se describen y asocian las variables factores e indicadores de la capacitación y desempeño laboral. El diseño fue descriptivo, prospectivo, observacional de corte transversal. La población total fue de 71 trabajadores.
The objective of the present research thesis was to determine the relationship between the factors that influence the effectiveness of the training, the labor performance and the sociodemographic characteristics of the workers of the National Cardiovascular Institute-EsSalud in the period 2015. The research was applied type. The level was descriptive and correlational, since the variables and indicators of training and work performance were described and associated. The design was descriptive, prospective, cross- sectional observational. The total population was 71 workers.
