Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de calidad de vida
laboral en los auxiliares de mantenimiento del Proyecto Conservación Vial Pasco de la
empresa CONCAR S.A. El estudio corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptiva,
con un enfoque cuantitativo de acuerdo al manejo de los datos. El diseño de la
investigación es no experimental y de corte transversal.
La población de estudio está comprendida por 70 del Proyecto Conservación Vial
Pasco de la empresa CONCAR S.A, durante el periodo 2018. La muestra es intencional, no
probabilística y de tipo censal porque está constituida por la totalidad de la población, al ser
una cantidad reducida de participantes. La técnica de recolección de la información es la
encuesta y el instrumento, fue un Cuestionario de Calidad de Vida Profesional [CVP-35].
Los resultados encontrados determinaron que la calidad de vida laboral de los
auxiliares de mantenimiento demostrados en la dimensión motivaciones intrínsecas y en la
dimensión apoyo directivo se halla en un nivel alto, mientras que en la dimensión carga en
el trabajo se obtuvo un nivel moderado. Llegando a la conclusión que los auxiliares de
mantenimiento del Proyecto Conservación Vial Pasco de la empresa CONCAR, tienen una
calidad de vida laboral de nivel alto en el 54%, seguido por el 37% a nivel muy alto; los
cuales representan índices positivos que acreditan su bienestar y satisfacción que
encuentran en el trabajo.
The objective of this research is to determine the level of quality of work life in the maintenance assistants of the Pasco Road Conservation Project of the company CONCAR S.A. The study corresponds to a descriptive research, with a quantitative approach according to the handling of the data. The research design is non-experimental and crosssectional. The study population is comprised of 70 of the Pasco Road Conservation Project of the company CONCAR SA, during the 2018 period. The sample is intentional, not probabilistic and of census type because it is made up of the entire population, since it is a small amount of participants. The technique for collecting the information is the survey and the instrument, it was a Professional Quality of Life Questionnaire [CVP-35]. The results found that the quality of work life of the maintenance assistants demonstrated in the intrinsic motivation dimension and in the managerial support dimension is at a high level, while in the work load dimension a moderate level was obtained. Arriving at the conclusion that the maintenance assistants of the Pasco Road Conservation Project of the company CONCAR, have a quality of work life of high level in 54%, followed by 37% at a very high level; which represent positive indices that prove their well-being and satisfaction that they find at work.
