Abstract
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la gestión académicoadministrativa y la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Universidad Privada Arzobispo Loayza. La investigación desarrollada es de tipo aplicada, de nivel descriptiva, se ha empleado un diseño correlacional, con una población de 82 docentes que ingresaron a la Universidad por concurso público y requisitos establecidos en la Ley Universitaria N°30220. La medición de variables se realizó, a través de un cuestionario estructurado de 54 ítems, el mismo que fue debidamente validado en un estudio piloto con 30 docentes.
The present work had as its main objective to determine the relationship between academic-administrative management and job satisfaction of teachers of the Private University Arzobispo Loayza. The research carried out is of the applied type, of descriptive level, a correlational design has been used, with a population of 82 teachers who entered the University through public competition and requirements established in the University Law N ° 30220. The measurement of variables was carried out through a structured questionnaire of 54 items, which was duly validated in a pilot study with 30 teachers.
