Abstract
El objetivo general de la presente investigación es establecer la relación entre las variables de estudio: las actitudes y la resistencia al cambio organizacional, en los servidores civiles de un Ministerio, en el periodo de noviembre de 2017.
Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de actitudes ante el cambio organizacional (Rabelo, Ros y Torres, 2004) y la Escala de resistencia al cambio (Resistance To Change. Ore, 2003); adicionalmente se empleó una encuesta para recabar datos sociodemográficos. La presente investigación es aplicada, de tipo correlacional, descriptivo, con diseño de investigación no experimental. La muestra fue de 198 colaboradores, de una población de 404 servidores civiles. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante el programa IBM SPSS Statistics, versión 22.0 para Windows
This research has ases variables of study the attitudes and the resistance to the organizational change of the civil servants of a Ministry. Its general objective is to establish the relationship between both variables, in the period of November 2017.
