Abstract
El objetivo de la presente tesis es determinar la relación entre la salud ocupacional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en el proyecto especial CHAVIMOCHIC- LA LIBERTAD-2015, para lo cual se desarrolla un análisis sobre la seguridad ocupacional en el proyecto con la ayuda de los colaboradores para así determinar las pautas que se deben seguir para mejorar el desempeño de estos. La presente investigación es no experimental transversal de tipo correlacional, se utilizaron como instrumentos la encuesta realizada a los colaboradores; la muestra tomada fueron 155 cooperadores del proyecto.
