La salud ocupacional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en el proyecto especial Chavimochic - la Libertad - 2015

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente tesis es determinar la relación entre la salud ocupacional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en el proyecto especial CHAVIMOCHIC- LA LIBERTAD-2015, para lo cual se desarrolla un análisis sobre la seguridad ocupacional en el proyecto con la ayuda de los colaboradores para así determinar las pautas que se deben seguir para mejorar el desempeño de estos. La presente investigación es no experimental transversal de tipo correlacional, se utilizaron como instrumentos la encuesta realizada a los colaboradores; la muestra tomada fueron 155 cooperadores del proyecto.The objective of this thesis is to determine the relation between occupational health and the work performance of employees in the special project CHAVIMOCHIC - FREEDOM-2015, in which it is developed an analysis on the occupational safety in the project with the help of the collaborators, in order to determine the guidelines you should follow to improve the performance of these. The present research is non-experimental cross-sectional type of correlational, were used as instruments the questionnarie in the survey of employees, the sample taken were 155 contributors to the project
