Abstract
El objetivo principal del presente trabajo es crear un sistema experto para el diagnóstico de enfermedades respiratorias, el cual será utilizado inicialmente en el Área de Neumología del Hospital Central PNP Luis N. Sáenz; permitiendo con ello atender de manera inmediata las inquietudes de los pacientes. El principal problema que afronta la institución es la carencia de personal médico especializado en el rubro de neumología, para atender a más de 500 pacientes al día, tal situación se complica aún más por la carencia de un sistema informático para el apoyo del diagnóstico.
El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza con la finalidad de aminorar los tiempos de respuesta del diagnóstico de las enfermedades respiratorias; debido a la afluencia de pacientes los médicos no se dan abasto en la atención, demorando en analizar los síntomas, por lo tanto, el tiempo de consulta es mayor; como consecuencia la atención es más prolongada de lo esperado, generando la reducción de pacientes a atender.
En el área de neumología debido al clima, la cantidad de incidentes va en aumento, a ello se suma la contaminación ambiental, y el poco personal especializado para la atención.
Al implementar un sistema experto, para la toma de decisiones en el diagnostico respiratorio, facilita a la institución a atender más pacientes. Registrando de manera sistemática y ordena la información e historial del atendido; el cual será útil para el siguiente chequeo.
Este sistema ayudara a descongestionar, la elevada concurrencia de pacientes; a su vez controlar los procesos de los servicios de dicha área y aumentar la calidad de pacientes atendidos.
The main objective of the present work is to create an expert system for the diagnosis of respiratory diseases, which will be initially used in Pneumology Area of PNP Central Hospital Luis N. Saenz; Thus, allowing immediate attention to the patients' concerns. The main problem facing the institution is the lack of specialized medical personnel in the field of pulmonology, to attend more than 500 patients per day, such situation is further complicated by the lack of a computer system to support the diagnosis. The present investigation is carried out with the aim of reducing the response times of the diagnosis of respiratory diseases; Due to the influx of patients, the doctors do not give enough attention, delaying the analysis of the symptoms, therefore, the consultation time is greater; Therefore, the attention is more prolonged than expected, generating the reduction of patients to attend. In pneumology due to the climate, the number of incidents is increasing, to that is added the environmental contamination, and the little specialized personnel for the attention. By implementing an expert system for decision making in the respiratory diagnosis, it facilitates the institution to attend more patients. Systematically registering and ordering the information and history of the attendee; Which will be useful for the next check. This system will help to decongest, the high number of patients; In turn control the processes of the services of said area and increase the quality of patients cared for.
