Abstract
En los últimos años el acoso laboral ha cobrado mayor relevancia debido a los diferentes
problemas que puede desencadenar tanto en la vida de las víctimas como en las
organizaciones y la comunidad. En el campo educativo esta problemática, tiene serias
repercusiones en los docentes y por tanto en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Por ello, se ha
realizado una revisión sistemática exploratoria con el objetivo analizar y describir las
características, tipos y consecuencias del acoso laboral, así como el desarrollo de estrategias
para contrarrestar este fenómeno en las instituciones educativas. De tal modo, el objetivo fue
analizar y describir las características, tipos y consecuencias del acoso laboral, así como el
desarrollo de estrategias para contrarrestar este fenómeno en las instituciones educativas. Se
concluye que la alta dirección cumple un rol fundamental para detectar y evaluar estas
situaciones a fin de que sean manejadas adecuadamente para evitar graves consecuencias.
The origins of mobbing date back to the creation of work; However, during the last few years it has become more important due to the different problems that it can trigger not only in the lives of the victims, but also in the organizations and the society. The educational field is no stranger to this problem, since the mobbing experienced by teachers can affect the learning of students. For this reason, the present theoretical research compiles and analyzes previous studies, covering two fundamental subjects: the characterization of workplace harassment in organizations, in generic terms, and specifically, the development of this phenomenon in educational institutions. In this way, the objective was to analyze and describe the characteristics, types and consequences of work, as well as the development of strategies to counter this phenomenon in educational institutions. It is concluded that senior management plays a fundamental role in detecting and evaluating these situations so that they are properly managed to avoid serious consequences
