Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo general determinar el grado de relación de la Gestión Pedagógica con el Desempeño Laboral de los Docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Recursos Humanos en la Universidad San Martín de Porres del Período 2013-II.
El nivel de investigación fue aplicado, tipo explicativo, método ex-post facto. El universo estuvo conformado por 281 docentes que es la población estudiada y la muestra de 162 docentes seleccionados mediante un muestreo aleatorio simple al 99% de confiabilidad.
Respecto a los instrumentos: Se utilizaron 2 Cuestionarios para evaluar: Gestión Pedagógica con 21 preguntas y Desempeño Laboral Docente con 32 preguntas. El instrumento aplicado fue sometido a juicio de expertos para comprobar su validez.
Para la comprobación de hipótesis se utilizó la prueba estadística de correlación de Pearson y prueba de significación con un nivel de error de 0.01, encontrando los siguientes resultados:
• Se ha comprobado que el Desempeño Docente influye significativamente en la Gestión Pedagógica de los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencia Administrativas y Recurso Humanos en la USMP para el periodo 2013 II; es decir, mientras mayor puntuación en desempeño Laboral que tenga un docente de la muestra en estudio, mayor será la puntuación en la gestión pedagógica académico que obtenga.
• Se ha comprobado que el Desempeño Docente influye significativamente en la Gestión Pedagógica Curricular, de los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencia Administrativas y Recurso Humanos en la USMP para el periodo 2013 II; es decir, mientras mayor puntuación en desempeño Laboral que tenga un docente de la muestra en estudio, mayor será la puntuación en la gestión pedagógica académico que obtenga.
• Se ha comprobado que el Desempeño Docente influye significativamente en la Gestión Pedagógica Didáctica de los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencia Administrativas y Recurso Humanos en la USMP para el periodo 2013 II; es decir, mientras mayor puntuación en desempeño Laboral que tenga un docente de la muestra en estudio, mayor será la puntuación en la gestión pedagógica académico que obtenga.
• Se ha comprobado que el Desempeño Docente influye significativamente en la Gestión Pedagógica Evaluativa de los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencia Administrativas y Recurso Humanos en la USMP para el periodo 2013 II; es decir, mientras mayor puntuación en desempeño Laboral que tenga un docente de la muestra en estudio, mayor será la puntuación en la gestión pedagógica académico que obtenga.
This thesis had as its overall objective to determine the degree of relationship with the Educational Management Job Performance of Teachers Faculty of Management and Human Resources at the University San Martin de Porres Period 2013-II. The level of research was applied, explanatory type, method ex-post facto. The universe consisted of 281 teachers is the studied population and the sample of 162 teachers selected by random sampling 99% reliability. For instruments: 2 Questionnaires were used to assess: Educational Management and Labor with 21 questions with 32 questions Teaching Performance. The instrument applied was subjected to expert judgment to verify its validity. Statistical test and Pearson correlation test of significance with an error level of 0.01 was used, and found the following results for hypothesis testing: • There is evidence that the Teacher Performance significantly influences the Educational Management of teachers in the Faculty of Administrative Science and Human Resource USMP for 2013 II; ie, the higher performance rating in Labor having a teacher of the study sample, the higher the score on the academic teaching management to obtain. • It has been found that significantly influences Teacher Performance Management Education Curriculum, teachers of the Faculty of Administrative Science and Human Resource USMP for 2013 II; ie, the higher performance rating in Labor having a teacher of the study sample, the higher the score on the academic teaching management to obtain. • There is evidence that the Teacher Performance significantly influences the Teaching Educational Management of teachers in the Faculty of Administrative Science and Human Resource USMP for 2013 II; ie, the higher performance rating in Labor having a teacher of the study sample, the higher the score on the academic teaching management to obtain. • There is evidence that the Teacher Performance Evaluative significantly influences the Educational Management of teachers in the Faculty of Administrative Science and Human Resource USMP for 2013 II; ie, the higher performance rating in Labor having a teacher of the study sample, the higher the score on the academic teaching management to obtain.
