Abstract
Este trabajo tiene por finalidad proponer una mejora en los procesos de lavado de la empresa Express Jean’s C&O S.A, después de recolectar datos y realizar un análisis, se determinó que su problemática es la baja productividad.
Se utilizó la metodología del Estudio del Trabajo, y para el análisis y desarrollo de la misma, se emplearon diversas técnicas, diagramas y herramientas, con la finalidad de mejorar los procesos de lavado de jeans.
The aim of this assignment is to propose a remarkable improvement in the washing process made by Express Jean’s C&O S.A. After gathering information and made an analysis it was determined that the major problem is the lack of productivity. The Work-study methodology was used in the analysis and development of this assignment. Different techniques, diagrams, and analytics tools were used in order to enhance the Jean’s washing process. The major causes of this problematic are: The absence of non-standard processes, the absence of procedures and maintenance programs, the presence of downtimes and the lack of employee development.
