El tipo de liderazgo del entorno laboral y la gestión comercial de la empresa edificios y construcciones santa patricia S.A

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia del tipo de liderazgo del entorno laboral en la gestión comercial de la empresa Edificios y Construcciones Santa Patricia S.A, que está entre otros rubros dedicada a brindar servicios de hotelería. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población objeto estuvo constituida por 285 trabajadores de la empresa Edificios y Construcciones Santa Patricia S.A., en la ciudad de Lima.The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of the type of leadership in the work environment in the commercial management of the company Buildings and Constructions Santa Patricia S.A, which is among other items dedicated to providing hotel services. The descriptive method and a non- experimental design were used to achieve this objective, and the target population was composed of 285 workers from the company Buildings and Constructions Santa Patricia S.A., in the city of Lima.
