La gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de los institutos públicos superiores de formación técnica de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract
La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia de la gestión del talento humano en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de los Institutos Públicos Superiores de Formación Técnica de Lima Metropolitana. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población fue de 23 Institutos Públicos de Educación Superior, que están registrados en la Dirección Regional de Educación de Lima Metropolitana y que en total comprende 481 trabajadores entre personal administrativo y docente. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra finalmente se encuestó a 214 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos a la encuesta que constó de 16 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis.
Finalmente se concluyó que la gestión del talento humano incide directamente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de los Institutos Públicos Superiores de Formación Técnica de Lima Metropolitana, tal como nos demuestra los resultados obtenidos de la encuesta realizada a los trabajadores, en donde el nivel de rendimiento obtuvo el 34%, el nivel de potencial 12% y el nivel de conocimiento de la legislación laboral 19%, niveles indicados como los más importantes de la gestión del talento humano, del mismo modo solo el 28% de los entrevistados respondieron que se evalúa constantemente el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de los Institutos Públicos de Educación Superior.
The research aims to determine the incidence of human talent management in the work performance of workers in public institutes Superiors of Technical Training of Metropolitan Lima. The descriptive method and a non-experimental design were used to reach this objective, and the population went to 23 Public Institutes of Higher Education, which are registered in the Regional Direction of Education of Metropolitan Lima and that in total comprises 481 workers between administrative and teaching staff. When calculating the sample size, 214 people were finally surveyed. As for the data collection instrument, the survey consisted of 16 closed-type items, the same ones that were emptied into tables where the frequencies and percentages were calculated, complemented by the analysis and interpretation of the results, which allowed contrasting the hypotheses. Finally, it was concluded that the management of human talent has a direct impact on the labor performance of workers in the Metropolitan Lima Public Technical Training Institutions, as shown by the results obtained from the workers' survey, where the level of 34%, the potential level 12% and the knowledge level of the labor legislation 19%, indicated the most important levels of human talent management, in the same way only 28% of respondents answered that they were constantly evaluates the work performance of the workers of the Public Institutes of Higher Education.
