Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de los factores del abandono de trabajo en el personal operario de la empresa OPP Film S.A, Lurín año 2017. Es una investigación de tipo descriptivo, el diseño de la investigación es cuantitativo y diagnóstico. Para la obtención de datos estadístico se utilizó una encuesta de elaboración propia, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario. La muestra tomada para la presente investigación fue de 95 colaboradores operario de la planta 2 de la empresa OPP Film S.A. Luego del análisis estadístico se concluye que existe una influencia moderada de los factores del abandono de trabajo en el personal operario de la empresa OPP Film S.A. Así mismo se realizó el análisis de cada dimensión obteniendo como resultados que el clima laboral es el factor con más influencia en el personal operario debido a que se encuentra en la categoría regular con 67%, seguido del factor remuneración con un 63% en la categoría regular y finalmente el factor condiciones laborales se encuentra en la categoría bueno con 53%.
This present research has as objective to determine the influence of the factors of the abandonment of work in the operative personnel of the company OPP Film S.A, Lurín, year 2017. This is a research of descriptive type, the research design is quantitative and diagnostic. To obtain statistical data, a self-made survey was used, whose instrument was the questionnaire. The sample taken for the present investigation was of 95 collaborators operative of the plant number 2 of the company OPP Film S.A. After the statistical analysis, it is concluded that there is a moderate influence of the factors of the abandonment of work in the operative personnel of the company OPP Film S.A. Likewise, the analysis of each dimension was carried out, obtaining as a result that the working environment is the factor with the greatest influence on the workers because it is in the regular category with 67%, followed by the remuneration factor with 63% in the regular category and finally the factor of working conditions is in the good category with 53%.
