Abstract
Due to the anatomical course of the radial nerve, the lesions of this nerve usually present with alterations in sensation and motor loss, for which reason the patient loses the mobility of the affected upper limb, making it incapable of carrying out his activities of daily life. This injury of the radial nerve is infrequent in its two most known factors, which are compressive neuropathies and those associated with fractures of the humerus, which can cause lesions of one or more peripheral nerves. In particular, the nerve that is most frequently affected is the radial nerve.
