Abstract
El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre los Estilos
de Aprendizaje y la Formación Docente de los alumnos de la Universidad
Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, La Cantuta
La variable independiente son los estilos de aprendizaje (dimensiones:
aprendizaje convergente, aprendizaje divergente, aprendizaje asimilador,
aprendizaje acomodador); la variable dependiente es la formación docente
(dimensiones: formación general, formación pedagógica, formación disciplinar
específica, formación en la práctica docente).
La población fue integrada por 323 estudiantes matriculados en los ciclos II, V,
VII, y X (2015-I) de las especialidades de Lengua española (112 alumnos)
Geografía (113 alumnos) e Historia (98) que se forman para docentes en la
Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional de
Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, como muestra final se trabajó con 175
alumnos respectivamente.
El instrumento utilizado en la investigación fue la encuesta con 20 ítems (tipo
escala de Likert). Para medir la confiabilidad y validez se sometió al estadístico
Alfa de Cronbach y juicio de expertos, respectivamente.
El estudio demostró que, los Estilos de Aprendizaje se relacionan
significativamente en la Formación Docente de los alumnos de la Universidad
Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, La Cantuta
The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between Learning Styles and Teacher Training students at the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, La Cantuta. The independent variable is the learning styles (dimensions: learning convergent, divergent learning, assimilating learning usher learning); the dependent variable is teacher training (dimensions: general education, teacher training, discipline specific training, training in teaching). The population was composed of 323 students enrolled in cycles II, V, VII, and X (2015-I) of the specialties of Spanish Language (112 students) Geography (113 students) and History (98) formed for teachers Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, as the final sample was worked with 175 students respectively. The instrument used in the research was the survey with 20 items (Likert scale). To measure the reliability and validity was subjected to statistical Cronbach's alpha and expert judgment respectively. The study showed that learning styles are significantly related to the Teacher Training students at the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, La Cantuta.
