Abstract

En el siguiente caso clínico que se presentar es sobre un paciente con diagnóstico de pancreatitis aguda, el cual ingresa por el servicio de emergencia para su atención médica, Entre las patologías gastrointestinales más frecuentes es la pancreatitis situándose dentro de las 3 primeras causas de atención médica en el mundo. Los cuidados de enfermería sobre dicha patología son de un enfoque multidisciplinario e integral, para reducir la estancia hospitalaria, los costos de internamiento, la recuperación total de la salud del paciente, y uno de los principales pilares es la promoción de la salud.In the following clinical case that is presented is about a patient with a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, which is admitted by the emergency service for medical attention, Among the most frequent gastrointestinal pathologies is pancreatitis, ranking among the 3 leading causes of medical care in the world. Nursing care on this pathology is a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach to reduce hospital stay, hospitalization costs, the total recovery of the patient's health, and one of the main pillars is the promotion of health.
