Abstract
El cáncer de mama es una de las enfermedades más frecuente en las mujeres tanto en los países desarrollados como en los países en desarrollo. La incidencia de cáncer va en aumento cada año provocando sufrimientos, aumentando los índices de mortalidad.
El presente trabajo académico trata sobre la atención de una paciente mujer post operada inmediata de Mastectomía Radical Derecha. Se elaboró un plan de cuidados en base a la teoría de adaptación de Callista Roy, teniendo como objetivo planificar los cuidados e intervenciones que se ejecutarán en la paciente, identificando la priorización según dominios para su óptima recuperación e inserción a la sociedad
Breast cancer is one of the most frequent diseases in women in both developed and developing countries. The incidence of cancer is increasing every year causing suffering, increasing mortality rates. The present academic work deals with the attention of a patient woman immediately after surgery of Radical Right Mastectomy. A care plan was developed based on the adaptation theory of Callista Roy, with the objective of planning the care and interventions that will be carried out on the patient, identifying the prioritization according to domains for optimal recovery and insertion into society
