Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la
incidencia del Capital Humano en el desarrollo organizacional del Instituto
de Educación Tecnológico Público del Ejército - ETE.
Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue
el descriptivo y el nivel aplicado.
La población del estudio está definida por el total de 85 docentes del
Instituto de Educación Tecnológico Público del Ejército - ETE.
The objective of this research was to determine the impact of Human Capital on the organizational development of the Institute of Public Technological Education of the Army - ETE. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was the descriptive and the applied level.
