Abstract
La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la administración de la capacitación en la optimización del desempeño laboral del personal de la UGEL 02 – Rímac. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, Expost - Facto, asimismo la población objeto estuvo constituida por 7,900 profesores de Educación Básica Regular de la UGEL 02 Rímac
