Abstract
El presente trabajo académico “Cuidados de enfermería en paciente con Esteatosis hepática grado III”, tiene como objetivo estandarizar y brindar cuidados de enfermería basado en el uso de terapias alternativas, aplicando las cinco etapas del proceso de atención de enfermería, dirigidos al mayor bienestar de la persona.
El sujeto de estudio fue valorado según dominios de enfermería (NANDA), priorizando diagnósticos, planificando las intervenciones y finalmente evaluando resultados.
La paciente recibió durante cuatro meses tratamiento alternativo con trofoterapia, fitoterapia, geoterapia, auriculoterapia, además de brindar educación en estilos de vida.
El resultado que se obtuvo es la normalización de enzimas hepáticas, reducción considerable del IMC, niveles de ansiedad, modificación en hábitos alimenticios y actividad física.
The present academic work "Nursing care in patients with grade III hepatic steatosis", has to aim standardize and provide nursing care based on the use of alternative therapies, applying the five stages of the nursing care process, aimed at improving the wellbeing of person. The study subject was assessed according to nursing domains (NANDA), prioritizing diagnoses, planning the interventions and finally evaluating results. The patient received four months of alternative treatment with trophotherapy, phytotherapy, geotherapy, auriculotherapy, as well as providing education in lifestyles. The result obtained is the normalization of liver enzymes, considerable reduction in BMI, levels of anxiety, changes in eating habits and physical activity.
