Abstract
En esta investigación se buscó determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en las enfermeras del servicio de emergencia, Hospital María Auxiliadora, 2018, mediante hechos cuantificables y con un diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional y con un nivel básico. Se trabajó con una población de 84 enfermeras y una muestra de 70, se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario las cuales son validadas y presentan una confiabilidad de 0,896 en la variable clima organizacional y 0,874 para la variable satisfacción laboral.
This research sought to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nurses of the emergency service, Maria Auxiliadora Hospital, 2018, through quantifiable facts and a non-experimental design of Descriptive type correlational and with a basic level. We worked with a population of 84 nurses and a sample of 70, was used as instrument the questionnaire which are validated and present a reliability of 0.896 in the variable organizational climate and 0.874 for the variable satisfaction Work.
