Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el Estado
Nutricional y la Calidad de Vida del personal Policial de la provincia de Aymaraes –
Región Apurímac, en el segundo Semestre del 2018. Investigación tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo correlacional y diseño no experimental. La población fue 155 y la muestra fue de 111 efectivos Policiales. Como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario evaluado por juicio de expertos y con una confiabilidad de alfa de Crombach 0.805 y 0.869. En los resultados se observa que el 44.14% presentan un nivel de Estado Nutricional Regular, por otro lado el 42.34% presentan un nivel regular en cuanto a su Calidad de Vida. Se concluyó que el Estado Nutricional se relaciona significativamente con la Calidad de Vida, según la correlación de Spearman de 0.675. Se recomendó al Director de la Policía encargado del personal Policial de la provincia de Aymaraes, establecer contacto con los establecimientos de salud, para realizar talleres educativos donde se muestre al Policía de su zona como manejar su alimentación, de acuerdo a sus características como servidor de la ley, y los beneficios que eso le traerá junto con el ejercicio adecuado.
