Abstract
La presente investigación “Nivel de satisfacción laboral y resiliencia en las
enfermeras del servicio de emergencia, Hospital El Carmen Huancayo,
2018”, el objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de
satisfacción laboral y la Resiliencia en las Enfermeras del lugar donde se
realiza el estudio. Investigación cuantitativa descriptivo-correlacional,
diseño no experimental, corte transversal, con población y muestra 36.
Para recoger la información el instrumento fue el cuestionario, para la
primera variable la confiabilidad fue 0,980, y para la segunda variable fue
0,820, el instrumento fue adecuado por la investigadora. Resultados: En la
satisfacción laboral el de mayor relevancia es el nivel bajo 24 (66,7%), en
la resiliencia está en el nivel medio 33 (91,7%) y en sus dimensiones:
Satisfacción personal está en el nivel medio 30 (83,3%), ecuanimidad nivel
medio 33 (97,7%), Sentirse bien solo nivel medio 20 (55,6%), confianza en
sí mismo nivel medio 31 (86,1%) y perseverancia nivel medio 33 (91,7%)
Concluimos que existe relación directa y significativa entre la
satisfacción laboral y la Resiliencia. Recomiendo que el Jefe del Hospital,
haga una reorganización del trabajo enfermero para evitar carga física,
mental y lograr satisfacción laboral.

Results: In job satisfaction the most relevant is the low level 24 (66, 7%), in the resilience is in the medium level 33 (91.7%) and in its dimensions: Personal satisfaction is in the middle level 30 (83.3%), equanimity average level 33 (97.7%), Feeling good only average level 20 (55.6%), self-confidence average level 31 (86.1%) and perseverance medium level 33 (91.7%) We conclude that there is a direct and significant relationship between job satisfaction and Resilience. I recommend that the Head of the Hospital, make a reorganization of nursing work to avoid physical, mental and job satisfaction.
