Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar la relación que existe entre la comunicación terapéutica y la satisfacción de necesidades del paciente en quimioterapia ambulatoria que acude al Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, 2017. El método que se utilizó fue descriptivo puesto que asocia la relación entre dos o más variables observadas en la realidad, el diseño de la investigación fue correlacional de corte transversal, de tipo cuantitativa. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 208 pacientes sometidos a quimioterapia. Se utilizó como técnica una encuesta estructurada por la investigadora, y como instrumento un cuestionario validado por constructo y juicios de expertos, los resultados arrojaron que la variable comunicación terapéutica está relacionada directa y positivamente con la variable satisfacción de necesidades del paciente, según la correlación de Spearman de 0.537 representado este resultado como moderado con una significancia estadística de p=0.001 siendo menor que el 0.01. Por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula. El 28,37% de los entrevistados perciben una comunicación terapéutica de las licenciadas (os) de enfermería en un nivel bueno, el 54,33% perciben un nivel regular y un 17,31% un nivel malo, el 26,44% de los entrevistados presentan un nivel alto de satisfacción, el 52,88% presentan un nivel medio y un 20,67% un nivel bajo.
The present study aimed to identify the relationship between therapeutic communication and patient needs satisfaction in outpatient chemotherapy that comes to the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, 2017. The method used was descriptive because it associates the relationship between two Or more variables observed in reality, the research design was correlational cross-sectional, of quantitative type. The study sample consisted of 208 patients undergoing chemotherapy. A research-structured survey was used as a technique, and as a questionnaire a questionnaire validated by construct and expert judgment, the results showed that the therapeutic communication variable is directly and positively related to the patient's needs satisfaction variable, according to the correlation of Spearman of 0.537 represented this result as moderate with a statistical significance of p = 0.001 being less than 0.01. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. 28.37% of respondents perceived a therapeutic communication of the nursing graduates at a good level, 54.33% perceived a regular level and 17.31% a bad level, 26.44% The interviewees had a high level of satisfaction, 52.88% had an average level and 20.67% had a low level.
