Abstract
El objetivo general de la presente investigación es determinar un Modelo de Programa de Capacitación Sostenida para el mejoramiento de la Gestión Educativa de las Instituciones de Secundarias de la UGEL 03, Trujillo Nor Oeste. El tipo de investigación es no experimental. Nivel: investigación aplicada. Método: descriptivo. Diseño: investigación correlacional.
La variable independiente: Modelo de Programa de Capacitación Sostenida con sus respectivas dimensiones e indicadores: Compromiso con la institución (Puntualidad y disciplina laboral, y Flexibilidad y orientación al cambio), búsqueda de la excelencia (calidad del servicio y Eficacia en el cumplimiento); Toma de decisiones (Capacidad de gestión y Manejo de estrategias), Motivación por logro (Involucramiento en tareas y Búsqueda de éxito).
La variable dependiente: Gestión Institucional (Promueve desarrollo e integración y Facilita cumplimiento de la normatividad y supervisión); Gestión Pedagógica- Didáctica (Desarrollo de clase con didáctica innovadora y Utiliza información empleando TICs); Gestión Administrativa (Promueve cultura organizacional y Valora el desempeño de funciones); y Gestión Comunitaria (Ejerce liderazgo en la comunidad y Asume el rol de mediador o facilitador).
La población de estudio está integrada por los directores de las 38 instituciones públicas de secundaria de la UGEL 03 Trujillo Nor Oeste. El Instrumento utilizado en la investigación es el cuestionario con 48 ítems (tipo Likert). Para medir la validez y confiabilidad se sometió a prueba estadística (Correlación de Spearman).
El estudio demostró que, un Modelo de Programa de Capacitación Sostenida influye positivamente en el mejoramiento de la Gestión Educativa de los directivos de las instituciones de secundaria de la UGEL 03 Trujillo Nor Oeste.
The overall objective of this research is to determine Model Training Program Held for Improving Educational Institutions Management SECONDARY UGELs 03 Norwest, Trujillo. El research is not experimental. Level: applied research. Method: Descriptive. Design: research correlate. The independent variable: Model Training Program Held with their respective dimensions and indicators: Commitment to the institution (Punctuality and labor discipline, and flexibility and change orientation), Search for Excellence (quality of service and efficiency in compliance); takes making (management and capacity management strategies), Motivation for achievement (Involvement in tasks and successful search); Institutional Management (development and integration promotes and facilitates compliance with regulations and supervision); Pedagogical- Teaching Management (Development class with innovative teaching and use information using ICTs); Administrative Management (organizational culture promotes and assesses the performance of duties); and Community Management (exercises leadership in the community and assumes the role of mediator or facilitator). The study population is made up of the directors of 38 public institutions of secondary UGELs 03 Norwest Trujillo. The instrument used in the research is the questionnaire with 48 items (Likert). To measure the validity and reliability underwent statistical test. The study showed that a Model Training Program Sustained positive influence on the improvement of education management institutions of secondary UGELs 3 Norwest Trujillo.
