Abstract

Debido a que nuestro principal objetivo es preservar la salud del paciente, conocer la importancia de los valores e interpretaciones de los diferentes exámenes de laboratorios solicitados como parte de un protocolo de valoración preoperatorio en procedimientos de cirugía bucal para poder detectar las diferentes alteraciones sintomáticas o asintomáticas que se nos presenta en la consulta diaria, que requieran de manejo un manejo previo y así evitar la aparición de complicaciones preoperatorias. La interpretación de los valores en los exámenes de laboratorio nos ayudan a complementar a la realización del diagnóstico y así poder realizar un buena planificación del tratamiento, ya que son prerrequisitos para poder realizar alguna intervención quirúrgica,la realización de estos estudios nos estará dando la oportunidad de poder brindar un mejor servicio y protegernos nosotros haciéndonos cosncientes de los procedimientos clínicos que puedan ser o no apropiados para el paciente.Because our main objective is to preserve the patient's health, to know the importance of the values and interpretations of the different laboratory tests requested as part of a preoperative assessment protocol in oral surgery procedures in order to detect the different symptomatic or asymptomatic alterations that are presented to us in the daily consultation, which require previous management and thus avoid the appearance of preoperative complications ias The interpretation of the values in the laboratory tests help us to complement the realization of the diagnosis and thus be able to make a good planning of the treatment, since they are prerequisites to be able to perform some surgical intervention, the realization of these studies will be giving us the opportunity to be able to provide a better service and protect ourselves by making us aware of the clinical procedures that may or may not be appropriate for the patient.
