Cuidados de enfermería a paciente con shock séptico hospital nacional Arzobispo Loayza marzo 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo describe la responsabilidad de la enfermería en el cuidado y apoyo del adulto; siendo el contenido del informe de estudio de caso del paciente elegido, del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza se trata de una paciente adulto mayor con diagnóstico de Shock séptico foco respiratorio, insuficiencia respiratoria aguda tipo 1, se le eligió debido a que necesitaba apoyo integral, se le ha apoyado con el objetivo de satisfacer sus necesidades en la totalidad posibles para su bienestar.

The present work describes the responsibility of the nursing in the care and support of the adult; being the content of the case study report of the chosen patient, from the National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, it is an older adult patient diagnosed with Shock Septic focus respiratory type 1, he was chosen because he needed comprehensive support, he was supported with the aim of satisfying their needs in the totality possible for their well-being.
