Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar los efectos de la Ley Universitaria 30220 en la calidad educativa de las universidades del Perú
El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, de nivel explicativo, el método y diseño no experimental de carácter ex post-facto.
La población estuvo constituida por 1,728 docentes, la muestra fue probabilística de 152: de los cuales 87 de una universidad pública y 65 de una universidad privada, con un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple.
The objective of the present investigation was to determine the effects of the University Law 30220 on the educational quality of the universities of Peru. The type of research was applied at explicative level, the method and non-experimental design of ex-post facto nature. The population was constituted by 1,728 teachers, the sample was probabilistic of 152: of which 87 from a public university and 65 from a private university, with a simple random probabilistic sampling.
