Abstract
In this paper are defined the hydrocarbons enterprise’s needs to monitoring social and environmental agreements that they make in their extractive activities. These enterprises make at their job locations, many agreements with people and authorities. These agreements are listed in no unified tools, making it difficult to control and tracking. The failure to comply with them or their dates, ends on fines to the company and influencing negatively in their competition in the market. The amount and types of agreements vary from contract to contract and will depend on associated standards and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) related, but failure of a single agreement, may lead directly to the dissolution of the contract. It is essential for this type of business a software tool that, on one hand, help bring an orderly control through key performance indicators (KPI's) and, in turn, include warnings to time sent to those responsible for necessary to fulfill the agreements precautions. To make this system real, detecting functional and non-functional requirements is a work to do.
