Gestión administrativa y la satisfacción de los usuarios de la administración de justicia en el distrito judicial de Lima Norte

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la influencia de la Gestión Administrativa en la Satisfacción de los Usuarios de la Administración de Justicia en el Distrito Judicial de Lima Norte. Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue el Aplicado y el nivel Explicativo.The objective of this research was to determine the influence of Administrative Management on the Satisfaction of Users of the Administration of Justice in the Judicial District of Lima Norte. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was the Applied and the Explanatory level.
