Los actos inscribibles en la Sunarp y sus implicancias en la reducción de hipotecas en bienes inmuebles.

Abstract

La tesis se ha desarrollo con el fin de brindar aportes significativos respecto a los actos inscribibles en la SUNARP y sus implicancias en la reducción de hipotecas en bienes inmuebles, dado que actualmente muchas personas no inscriben sus propiedades por falta de información y conocimiento en los Registros, el cual asegura su propiedad contra terceros; para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la investigación científica, instrumento que sirvió para desarrollar aspectos importantes del trabajo, desde su primer capítulo hasta el último.

El estudio realizó la recopilación de información acerca de diferentes especialistas con respecto al desarrollo de las variables: actos inscribibles e hipoteca; en cuanto al estudio de campo se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario la misma que estuvo conformada por 14 preguntas que fueron respondidas por los Abogados hábiles del CAL, quienes dieron sus diferentes puntos de vista sobre esta problemática, para luego ser llevadas a gráficos estadísticos, así como sus respectivas interpretaciones; desde luego, las hipótesis planteadas fueron contrastadas para luego arribar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo.

Finalmente, en la última parte de la tesis concluye con los aportes que se dan como resultado de la investigación, los mismos que se alcanzaron a plenitud, facilitando las recomendaciones las cuales se consideran como viables y practicables; además se añade la amplia bibliografía, así como el anexo correspondiente.

The thesis development has in order to provide significant contributions regarding registrable acts in the SUNARP and its implications in reducing mortgages in real estate, because now many people do not register their properties by lack of information and knowledge in the Registers , which insures your property against third parties; for which the methodology of scientific research, instrument used to develop important aspects of the work, from its first chapter to the last was used. The study conducted gathering information about different specialists regarding the development of the variables: registrable acts and mortgage; for the study of field survey technique was used with the instrument the questionnaire the same consisted of 14 questions that were answered by skilled lawyers of CAL, who gave their different views on this issue, before being carried statistical graphics as well as their respective interpretations; of course, the hypotheses were contrasted and then arrive at the conclusions and recommendations of the work. Finally, in the last part of the thesis it concludes with the contributions that occur as a result of the investigation, the same as fully achieved, providing recommendations which are considered as viable and practicable; also the extensive bibliography, as well as the relevant Annex is added.
