Factores de riesgo asociados a la diabetes mellitus tipo II en pacientes adultos mujeres del servicio de medicina, Hospital Sergio Enrique Bernales - 2018

Abstract
El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores de
riesgo y la diabetes mellitus tipo II en pacientes adultos mujeres del servicio medicina,
Hospital Sergio Enrique Bernales, en el mes de diciembre, Lima 2018. Método
descriptivo, tipo cuantitativo, nivel Aplicativo, diseño correlacional, La población fue de
40 pacientes, como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario, cuya confiabilidad de KR20
fue de 0.81 para factores de riesgo, 0.75 para diabetes mellitus tipo II. Resultados el 65%
presentan factores de riesgo para desarrollar diabetes. el 72% presenta factores de riesgo
modificable y el 27.5% presentan factores de riesgo no modificable. El 42.5% de las
encuestada son de 50- 60 años Conclusión existe una relación significativa entre las
variables según la correlación Rho de Spearman de r = 0,543 entre las variables factores
de riesgo y diabetes mellitus tipo II, con un valor estadísticamente significativo de
(p=0.01). Recomendamos a la jefatura de Enfermería reforzar las actividades de
capacitaciones de promoción y prevención de la salud considerando los determinantes
sociales con el fin de preservar la salud y mejorar la calidad de vida.
The study has as objective to determine the relationship between risk factors and the type II diabetes mellitus in adult female patients of the service medicine, Hospital Sergio Enrique Bernales, in the month of December, Lima 2018. Descriptive method, quantitative, application level, correlational design, the population was 40 patients, as instrument was used the questionnaire, whose KR20 reliability was 0.81 to 0.75 for type II diabetes mellitus, risk factors. Results 65% are risk factors for developing diabetes. 72% presented modifiable risk factors and 27.5% are non-modifiable risk factors.42.5% of the surveyed are aged 50 - 60 Conclusion there is a meaningful relationship between the variables according to the r Spearman Rho correlation = 0,543 between the variable risk factors and diabetes mellitus type II, with a statistically significant value for (p = 0.01). We recommend to the leadership of nursing strengthen training of health prevention and promotion activities considering social determinants in order to preserve the health and improve the quality of life.
