Abstract
El presente trabajo, tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de los Factores Personales e Institucionales en la Práctica del Lavado de Manos Clínico en las enfermeras del Servicio de Emergencia, Hospital María Auxiliadora, 2019. Metodología tipo de investigación cuantitativa, nivel aplicada, método descriptivo, diseño no experimental responde a esquema correlacional, la población y muestra censal fue de 74 enfermeras y se trabajó con el 100%, Para recolectar la información usamos el cuestionario, para los Factores Personales e Institucionales, la confiabilidad fue 0,925 y para la Práctica del Lavado de Manos Clínico una lista de cotejo, la confiabilidad fue 0,820. Resultados: Los Factores Personales e Institucionales, con prevalencia, nivel bajo 43(58,1%), en sus dimensiones: Factores Personales la prevalencia, nivel bajo 44(59,5%) y en los Factores Institucionales, nivel bajo 39 (52,7%) y en la segunda variable prevalece nivel inadecuado 38 (51,4%). Concluimos que los factores personales e institucionales tienen influencia significativa en el lavado de manos clínico (R2= .454**), Pearson. Recomendamos al comité de Control de Infecciones intrahospitalarias organice capacitación en el Servicio, como parte de educación continua para los enfermeros en la importancia del aseo de manos, con los cinco momentos y once pasos.

We recommend the In-Hospital Infection Control Committee to organize training in the Service, as part of continuing education for nurses on the importance of hand hygiene, with the five moments and eleven steps.
