Abstract
El Código Civil Peruano indica que toda persona que haya poseído un bien inmueble de manera pacífica, publica, continua y como propietario, por 5 o 10 años, puede reclamar el título de propiedad del bien, A este modo de adquirir la propiedad se le denomina: Prescripción adquisitiva de dominio o usucapión.
El objetivo general del trabajo de investigación fue demostrar si la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio incide en el derecho a la propiedad en sede notarial.
The Peruvian Civil Code states that any person who has owned a real estate peacefully, publicly, continuously and as an owner, for 5 or 10 years, can claim the property title of the property. This way of acquiring the property is called : Acquisition prescription of domain or usucapion. The general objective of the research work was to demonstrate whether the acquisitive prescription of ownership affects the right to property in the notary.
