Percepción de la implementación del seguro de responsabilidad civil del notario y el resarcimiento del tercero afectado en las notarias del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho

Abstract

El objetivo general de la tesis fue establecer la relación entre la implementación de un seguro de responsabilidad y el resarcimiento del tercero afectado, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la investigación científica, instrumento que sirvió para desarrollar aspectos importantes del trabajo, desde su primer capítulo hasta el último. El nivel de investigación fue aplicado, tipo descriptivo. El universo estuvo conformado por abogados CAL, conocedores del tema, dependientes notariales, población estudiada fue de 200, abogados CAL.The general objective of the thesis was to establish the relationship between the implementation of a liability insurance and the compensation of the third part affected, for which the methodology of scientific research was used, an instrument that served to develop important aspects of the work, from its first chapter to the last. The level of research was applied, descriptive type. The universe was composed of CAL lawyers, experts on the subject, notary dependents studied population was 200, CAL lawyers
