Abstract
La Presente investigación tuvo como Objetivo general determinar la relación
que existe entre el clima organizacional y el manejo de conflictos en las
enfermeras del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital de Emergencia Villa El
Salvador, 2018. En esta investigación se utilizó un estilo descriptivo que trabajo
las variables con un diseño correlacional con un enfoque de hechos
cuantificables, se trabajó con una muestra de 34 enfermeras del servicio de
Emergencia, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios para la recolección de
datos para su posterior análisis.

In this investigation, a descriptive style was used that worked the variables with a correlational design with a quantifiable facts approach; we worked with a sample of 34 nurses from the emergency service, to whom two questionnaires were applied to collect data for further analysis.
