Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los
factores socioculturales y la prevención de anemia ferropénica en madres de
niños de 6 a 36 meses, Hospital San Juan de Matucana 2019, la investigación
fue de tipo cuantitativa, de método descriptivo, correlacional y de diseño no
experimental, como población se tuvo a 148 madres y como muestra a 107.
Como técnica se usó la encuesta, como instrumento el cuestionario; validado por
juicio de expertos y el alfa de Crombach con una confiabilidad del 0,803 y 0,822.
Según los resultados el 51.40% de las madres presenta factores socioculturales
en un nivel regular, por otro lado, el 50.47% presentan una prevención de anemia
ferropénica también regular. Se concluyó que existe una relación directa entre
los factores socioculturales y la prevención de anemia ferropénica en madres
según la correlación de Spearman del 0.688. Se recomendó a la jefatura del
departamento de enfermería realizar programas de capacitación al personal de
enfermería para prevención de anemia ferropénica, donde se les brinde nuevas
estrategias que involucren a las madres y familiares para así poder incrementar
el nivel de prevención en ellas.
