Intervención de enfermería y su influencia en la socialización del adulto mayor en la Casa de Reposo Renacer - Lima - 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo general demostrar la influencia de la intervención de enfermería en la socialización del adulto mayor en la casa de reposo Renacer en Lima, 2018. El tipo de investigación al que se recurrió es el correlacional, el método transversal y descriptivo, el nivel es cuantitativo, por último el diseño, no experimental. La población y muestra es integrada por 41 pacientes internados en la casa de reposo RENACER. Para la recolección de datos se manejó la encuesta y el cuestionario como técnica e instrumento respectivamente, la cual obtuvo una confiabilidad fuerte de 0,775 para la variable “intervención de la enfermería” y débil en la variable “Socialización” 0,223. Los resultados, según los datos obtenidos, señalan que el 2.44% de los adultos mayores encuestados opinan que “casi nunca” con respecto a la variable intervención de Enfermería, el 9.76% opinan que “A veces”; además, un 48.78% “Casi siempre” y 39.02% “Siempre”. Además, tiene relación moderadamente baja, directa y positiva con la variable Socialización del Adulto mayor, según la correlación de Spearman de +0.25 representado con una significancia estadística de p=0.877 siendo mayor que el 0.05. Por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis principal y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.The present research has as a general objective to demonstrate the influence of the nursing intervention in the socialization of the older adult in the rest home Renacer in Lima, 2018. The type of research used is the correlation, the transversal and descriptive method, the level is quantitative, finally the design, not experimental. The population and sample are composed of 41 patients interned in the RENACER nursing home. For data collection, the survey and the questionnaire were handled as a technique and instrument respectively, which obtained a strong reliability of 0.775 for the variable "nursing intervention" and weak in the variable "Socialization" 0.223. The results, according to the data obtained, indicate that 2.44% of the older adults surveyed believe that "almost never" with respect to the intervention variable of Nursing, 9.76% think that "Sometimes"; in addition, 48.78% "Almost always" and 39.02% "Always". In addition, it has a moderately low, direct and positive relationship with the variable Socialization of the Elderly, according to the Spearman correlation of +0.25 represented with a statistical significance of p = 0.877 being greater than 0.05. Therefore, the main hypothesis is accepted, and the null hypothesis is rejected.
