Abstract
La presente investigación examina los posibles factores; bio – psico – sociales como influyentes de la criminalidad femenina, analiza las situaciones más relevantes de cada rubro, tipo de investigación es descriptiva correlacionar, porque estudia la relación entre los factores bio-psico-sociales y la criminalidad femenina, su unidad de análisis está representada por las mujeres del establecimiento penitenciario de mujeres “Virgen de Fátima” Lima Perú-2015, la muestra está conformada por 130 internas seleccionadas aleatoriamente ; por su enfoque es cuantitativo positivista ,diseño no experimental de corte transversal, es no experimental porque no existe una variable a la cual se va a manipular; es decir se observan situaciones ya existentes. Entre las conclusiones más importante podemos señalar:
Quedó demostrada la hipótesis general. Los factores bio-psico-sociales se relacionan directa y significativamente con la criminalidad femenina de las internas del establecimiento penitenciario de mujeres “Virgen de Fátima” Lima-Perú 2015. La técnica empleada fue el estadístico Chi-cuadrado con un coeficiente de contingencia de 0.689, que indica que la relación es significativa en un 68.9% (En gran medida).
Se ha demostrado la hipótesis específica 1: Los factores biológicos se relacionan directa y significativamente con la criminalidad femenina con las internas del establecimiento penitenciario de mujeres “Virgen de Fátima” Lima-Perú 2015. Con un coeficiente de contingencia de 0.469, que indica que la relación es significativa en un 10.8% (En menor medida).
Quedó demostrada la hipótesis específica 2: Los factores psicológicos se relacionan directa y significativamente con la criminalidad femenina de las internas del Instituto Penitenciario de Mujeres “Virgen de Fátima” Lima-Perú 2015. Con un coeficiente de contingencia de 0.568, que indica que la relación es significativa en un 52.3 %. (En mayor medida).
Se ha demostrado la hipótesis específica 3. Los factores sociales se relacionan directa y significativamente con la criminalidad femenina de las Internas del establecimiento penitenciario de Mujeres “Virgen de Fátima” Lima-Perú 2015. Con un coeficiente de contingencia de 0.549, que indica que la relación es significativa en un 62.3. %( En mediana medida).
This research examines the possible factors; bio - psycho - social as influential female criminality, analyzes the most significant situations of each item type of research is correlational descriptive, because it studies the relationship between bio-psycho-social factors and female criminality, the unit of analysis is represented by women in the prison of "Our Lady of Fatima"; the sample consisted of 130 randomly selected inmates; their approach is quantitative positivist, non-experimental cross-sectional design is not experimental because there is a variable which is to be handled; existing situations are observed. Among the most important conclusions we can say: It was demonstrated the general hypothesis: The Bio-Psycho-Social factors relate directly and significantly with female criminality of the inmates of the Virgin Penitentiary Institute of Fatima Lima-Peru 2015.
